Deimante is a therapist and space holder living in the Swiss Alps, where the crisp mountain air and quiet beauty of nature reflect a profound inner transition in her life.
Having stepped away from the corporate world, she is now fully devoted to work that aligns with her soul’s purpose: supporting healing and witnessing the innate gifts each human carries within.
I first discovered Deimante as @Silentspots through her Instagram. Was drawn in by the serene Swiss landscapes she shared. Her images spoke of a new chapter, of life lived in attention and presence, and I wanted to explore how everyday rituals - both ordinary and sacred - shape her experience at this remarkable stage in life.

& - What small rituals bring calm or joy into your daily rhythm?
Deimante - My morning meditation in bed with warm salted water—Celtic salt, rich in minerals—is the simplest yet most grounding ritual. Long showers with my favorite scrubs or gentle gels awaken my senses, igniting liveliness, sensuality, and the kind of dreaming that lingers throughout the day.
& - What does beauty in everyday life mean to you?
Deimante - I see and love with my eyes, so beauty surrounds me everywhere: a person, a piece of clothing, a painting, a building, or a mountain vista glimpsed from my terrace. Beauty stirs a desire in me to create, to embody it within, and to honor it outwardly.
& - What role does cooking play in your life?
Deimante - Cooking is a practice of care and memory. As a child, our home was filled with homemade meals, often spiced with my mother’s inventive touch.
Today, I continue that tradition—baking bread, preparing hummus, and cooking colorful, vegetable-forward dishes for my husband. Sharing meals with friends is a joy, turning everyday food into connection and celebration.
& - Do you have a go-to ingredient that always inspires you?
Deimante - There’s nothing that transforms food quite like a simple splash of salt and pepper. It is humble, essential, and elevates even the smallest creation.
& - How do you nurture growth—in your home, your work, or yourself?
Deimante - Through therapy work, moments of solitude, meditation, and listening to my own heart more than the noise of the world. Growth thrives when it is given space to breathe.
& - Where do you feel most connected to others—a café, market, or gathering spot?
Deimante - Either in my home or in nature, where silence allows presence. Solitude, paradoxically, is often the perfect way to connect—to yourself and, through that grounding, to others.
& - What’s a small joy you’re grateful for today?
Deimante - A warm cup of coffee, a friend making breakfast, and a piece of high-quality dark chocolate. These small, essential pleasures are like grains of salt—they preserve the sweetness of life.
