Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products under these Terms of Service.
Orders are confirmed by email once payment is successful.
Payment can be made using the online banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas. Payments are accepted in euros. Transactions are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays.
Risk passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for unopened products purchased online.
Opened or used spice and salt products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
