At &Salt, we are committed to delivering your salt and spice blends safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our standard procedures, estimated delivery times, and costs.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Lithuania (domestic)

  • European Union countries (international EU shipping)

Please note that shipping to countries outside the EU is not currently available.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.

We use reliable carriers for all shipments. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on destination and shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the website.

  • Any customs duties or taxes for EU cross-border shipments are usually included in the price for EU countries; for non-EU countries (if applicable in the future), these are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk and Ownership

  • The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking

  • All shipments include tracking when available.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at shop.and.salt@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and in case of confirmed loss or damage, we will resend the product or issue a full refund.
